Brothers and sisters, fellow Montserratians, visitors and friends. I bring you greetings for the Christmas season and the New Year. After just three months in office this administration has made significant strides in a number of areas. All the indicators in Tourism and Construction sectors are showing growth. In addition to the economic strides there has been movement in the social sectors.

As I look around the room this evening, I realize that the density of Montserratians here tonight, almost surpasses the numbers of Montserratians living presently on Montserrat.
