2006 Festival Queen
Contestants Make First Public
Appearance
Brades, Montserrat, GIU,
November 27th 2006: The 5
contestants for Montserrat’s
annual Festival Queen show have
been officially introduced to
the public, during a special
launch party at Government House
on Saturday 25th November 2006.
Annette Cummings, Siobhan Tuitt,
Caroline George, Techa Cuffy
and Kendra Francis will vie to
be crowned Miss Festival on
Thursday December 28th at
Festival Village as part of the
annual yearend festivities.
They are scheduled to make an
appearance on Thursday the 14th
of December in the Swimsuit
competition.
The Festival Queen show is one
of the major activities for
Montserrat’s cultural Festival.
The slogan for this year is
‘Caribbean Party Mix- Montserrat
Festival 2006’.
